Role Overview
We are looking for proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition professionals to manage end‑to‑end hiring for field‑based technical skilled based (ITI/Diploma) hiring for site & operational roles. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, and coordinating high‑volume frontline hiring while ensuring timely closures and a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical (ITI/Diploma) based skilled hiring for site & operational roles
- Source candidates through job portals, agencies, referrals, local networks, and field sourcing
- Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and coordinate in‑person assessments
- Manage high‑volume hiring pipelines and ensure timely closures
- Coordinate interviews with operations teams and ensure smooth onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, training partners, and community networks
- Maintain recruitment trackers, documentation, and MIS reports
- Occasionally travel to sites for drives, mobilization, and bulk hiring activities
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in blue‑collar/field hiring
- Strong sourcing skills and understanding of on‑ground recruitment channels
- Ability to manage bulk hiring and multiple open positions simultaneously
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with field visits and occasional travel
