Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist with strong exposure to Non-IT recruitment and the ability to independently manage end-to-end hiring requirements across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
- Handle PAN India hiring across multiple locations.
- Manage bulk/volume hiring requirements.
- Work on technical and Non-IT positions across different levels.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.
- Coordinate interviews with operations teams and ensure smooth onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, training partners, and community networks
- Occasionally travel to sites for drives, mobilization, and bulk hiring activities
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in PAN India, bulk, and technical hiring.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Well-versed with MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
